  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details directly to your registered email or mobile number via SMS, so you can track your shipment with ease.

Prepaid Express Shipping

  • Need your order faster? Opt for our prepaid express shipping service, which delivery within 4 business days for most regions.
  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 10 days due to any reason, it shall be cancelled.

International Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 10-12 business days after shipping.

For orders containing multiple items, all items are usually dispatched in a single shipment. However, if necessary, we will keep you updated on the status of each item. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we will notify you immediately.

Mailing Hours

  • Our dedicated team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.).

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order anytime before it has been prepared for dispatch. Once your order has reached the dispatch stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
