We offer reverse pickup and redelivery services for returns and exchange  charges depending on your location. if product is defective only ,if product is defective then we will pay reverse pickup and redelivery Please be aware that courier charges for both pickup and redelivery will be covered by CUSTOMER , but this is  feasible ALL  locations. If you’re in an area where reverse pickup isn’t available, you may be required to return the item through an alternative courier.
